Was Kelly Le at Salchitaco a mag?
I visited this restaurant once to pick up a takeout order, and I found the concept quite intriguing because they offer a range of cuisines that go beyond just Latin American fare. The owner is incredibly friendly, and chatting with him was definitely the highlight of my evening—along with the pizza, of course. I plan to return to sample more dishes, as I've been searching for my favorite taco spot in Queens for month... View all feedback.

Generously topped with cheese and rich sauce, this pizza is absolutely delicious!
I preordered something, paid, got there at 6:45 pm was told they were closed had no food for me. Needless to say, a waste of time I got a refund.

The food we tried was delightful. My sister and I ordered two full meals. One included a bowl of vegetable soup, accompanied by a platter of fried liver and onions with a salad of red beets, carrots, and mayo, served alongside white rice and sweet plantains. The other order featured a bowl of traditional Colombian bean chowder with pig feet and chorizo, along with a platter of ribeye steak prepared in a criollo style, also served with white rice, sweet plantains, and a red salad. We both chose agua panela con limón, a brown sugar lemonade—one served cold and the other hot like tea. The flavors were traditional and satisfying, especially the large red beans. I will definitely be returning; the food was delicious, plentiful, and the ambiance was cheerful. We had a great time! Additionally, Roberto, the owner of PASUMADRE.COM hot sauces, has set up his homemade hot sauce business there. We got to sample some, bought a bottle, and even received a free flavor to try! Check out his website—I’m eager to try the fried chicken with his sauces. The pineapple flavor was especially amazing!
