Apollo Bakery is one of our favorite bakeries in Flushing and we visit them once a week or every 2 weeks. They are well known for their Taiwanese style pastries... read more Apollo Bakery is one of our favorite bakeries in Flushing and we visit them once a week or every 2 weeks. They are well known for their Taiwanese style pastries, which is hard to find in NYC currently.The options are in a great variety but with limited quantity, so some popular kinds would be sold out in the afternoon. Our favorites are their Custard collection like Pineapple Buns with Custard and Puff Pastry with Custard. The custard filling was creamy, rich and super satisfying.There are only 2 complaints we have for improvement: Cash Only and the decor which is humble, narrow spaced and it's only for to go.
