I asked for light ice and they charged me?? Never have I been charged for that... it's okay if it doesn't fill the cup, I just don't like the watery taste but they never asked me do you want to add extra milk or have empty room in the cup View all feedback.

And that 's exactly what they do at this Starbucks location.
