I ordered the popcorn chicken and chicken sandwich for the kids, and both were cooked perfectly. The fries were crispy and just the right amount—not overdone at all. The staff was friendly, but it did take a little while to get our food. We used the drive-thru instead of ordering at the counter, so that might be why there was a wait. View all feedback.

If your cheeseburger comes out looking like this, it’s best to make a fresh one instead of serving it. Also, remember to add a mint with every drink—it's a nice touch! The new fries are quite good, though! View all feedback.
Absolute worst customer service I have experienced in a while. I ordered on the internet, and drove to get my food. I tagged the button maybe 7 minutes after I ordered. The food did not come out (in 2-3 min like she said) then, after ten min I went to the window the girl tapping on her phone couldn 't be bothered to bring the sack of food and a drink (DIRECTLY in front of her) out to my car. Wow!! Less than 4 inches from her...and she didn 't see it. Good job (whoever that girl was)
Once a week I come here during dinner hours and I've never left a review in the past, but this is a repetitive! Please re-evaluate your night shift manager! Always something wrong with my order, always cold fries and room temperature beef patties! I understand that this is fast food but management, take some pride in what your serving people! This place is literally ran by teenagers! Take control of your restaurant!
Usually I like to stop and get drinks for myself and the kids on the way home from whatever it is we are doing. Normally I don 't mind to leave reviews for negative experiences. I think most times they are honest mistakes. Today however, I ordered what I normally get, a sugar free mango with sprite zero, and lime. What I got was a cup of syrup. Straight syrup the first time. When I asked for a new one, it was so much lime flavor (realized it was the syrup, not an actual lime). So when I pulled around front to ask for a new one, the manager on duty greeted me with, you want to change the flavor because obviously you don 't like this. When I went to explain how I normally order and normally get my drink, she cut me off, and went to have it made, but it was totally wrong this time. No mango, just extra lime juice with sprite zero. I hope they are able to fix the problem with portions and training people to do things the right way every time. This would have prevented the miscommunication we had. Hope you have a better day Manager on duty. My girls loved the vanilla shakes.
Probably one of the worst location of fast food I've ever ordered from. Not once but on several different occasions this place has not been able to fulfill orders to their entirety, ranging from the sauces to literal food items on the order. Very sad to see that people can't check to make sure all food items and sauces are in the bag before sealing and/or handing to customers/delivery drivers. I tried to be understanding that was until every time I got my food it was missing something, at this point it's either on purpose or just straight neglect on customer service's end either way please do better. But huge praise for the female manager I spoke with about this issue, she was nothing but compassionate and understanding about the situation
Our order was partially wrong with the fries cold. Our chicken was hot and burgers good. We got our food fast which would have been great if it was right. The car hop was really nice and we had a rough night with everywhere being packed so we didn't complain just went home.
