Someburros - Queen Creek

Someburros was great. Very nice seating inside with tables. Also outside the terrace. Large menu, even Margaritas dispenses with their own machine if you like it. Free chips and salsa with your meal and well drinks in the lobby for refills. We ordered an open Quesadilla (cheese crisp), green chili tamale (sauce on the side came with cheese on top) and a ground beef taco salad. It was all delicious. The Tamale was my favorite. The staff was friendly, tables were quickly cleaned and my friend and I sat there for hours talking. It was a great lunch. I can't wait to go back.

The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including margaritas and delicious desserts. It's a great spot for families to enjoy a meal together.

All of our previous experiences at this restaurant had been great, and I typically do not like to complain. However, this time I felt really disappointed, especially because it was during my vacation and this experience made it much worse. I don't usually like to focus on the negative aspects of my experiences, but I feel the need to share in this situation. It wasn't terribly bad, and I think if I had spoken up, it could have been rectified. I placed my order online using the app while in the parking lot. It was indicated that it would take 18 minutes for my order to be ready. After waiting for 5 minutes, I entered the restaurant and waited another 5 minutes before joining the line to inform them that I was there to pick up my order. I then waited for 30 minutes while seeing other customers go past me and collect their food. Eventually, I went back to the counter and once again stated that I was there, and they handed me the bag that had been sitting on the counter for the past 30 minutes. This was the same bag that I had observed multiple employees glance at throughout the day without acknowledging it or checking if the customer was present. Needless to say, by the time I got the food home for my mother's lunch, it was not hot or delicious.

On our first visit, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was clean and our food arrived promptly. While the tacos were nothing exceptional, this is the perfect spot for a quick and clean lunch during your work break. They also have a selection of beer available.

I used to love this place. Last couple years though. The food quality and prep. Has gone downhill. The service and atmosphere is fine. But the food is almost uneditable. I just had a Pollo Fundidto. It looked and tasted like a deep fried shoe. That's it... I won't be back.
