She managed to locate the order and assured me they would make it for us to pick up. Before we ended the call, she read the order back to me. My fiancé returned home and opened her turkey sandwich, only to find it was basically just a ball of lettuce, mayo, and cheese—completely missing the turkey and made on the wrong bread. I called back to request a full refund, as this was now our second wasted trip. Bri informed me that they could only refund the turkey sandwich and that they could only offer a cash refund, not a credit back to my card. At this point, my fiancé was understandably upset and went back to the store to get the refund. She again asked for a full refund and was told by a store clerk (not a Subway employee) that they couldn't process that because I hadn't explicitly requested it during my phone call. My fiancé was right beside me when I made that call. It seems like this Subway branch consistently hires the most incompetent staff. They can't update their hours, prepare a simple sandwich with just four ingredients, and they accept online orders even when the store is closed. Three trips to this location for the same reason, and each time has been disappointing. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. If you're craving Subway, it's worth the drive to Lebanon for better service, even if it takes over 20 minutes.

Had a genuine smile on her face from the moment she said hello. We are from out of town and she picked right up on it and asked us about our trip. So nice to meet you! When I asked for a melt, the woman working informed me that she couldn't add vegetables after it was melted. I suggested she add some onions before toasting it instead. She then replied that if I wanted onions, she couldn't include the shredded cheese and that I would only have a few specific options for the melt. I said it was fine to just prepare it as necessary. In the end, she didn’t make me a melt at all; she simply toasted it and told me that was all she could do.

They are very generous with the meat my Subway Club had what would be considered extra meat with extra cost and they didn't charge for it. Veggies were all very fresh and the bread was good. Service was quick. They do have somewhat limited hours due to staffing shortages in the area so don't count on getting a sandwich very late in the evening.
