She greeted us w... read more My partner and I visited this place for a tuna sub, and we had a wonderful experience. Suzanne, the woman who was working, was incredibly kind! She greeted us with a genuine smile and immediately made us feel welcome. Being from out of town, she noticed and took the time to ask us about our trip, which was a lovely touch. It was such a pleasure to meet her! By the way, definitely try the sweet onion on the tuna sandwich! - Lucas and Acelyn

She managed to locate the order and assured... read more I called the store and spoke with Bri (or Bre). I explained that we had placed a paid order that we never received. She managed to locate the order and assured me they would make it for us to pick up. Before we ended the call, she read the order back to me. My fiancé returned home and opened her turkey sandwich, only to find it was basically just a ball of lettuce, mayo, and cheese—completely missing the turkey and made on the wrong bread. I called back to request a full refund, as this was now our second wasted trip. Bri informed me that they could only refund the turkey sandwich and that they could only offer a cash refund, not a credit back to my card. At this point, my fiancé was understandably upset and went back to the store to get the refund. She again asked for a full refund and was told by a store clerk (not a Subway employee) that they couldn't process that because I hadn't explicitly requested it during my phone call. My fiancé was right beside me when I made that call. It seems like this Subway branch consistently hires the most incompetent staff. They can't update their hours, prepare a simple sandwich with just four ingredients, and they accept online orders even when the store is closed. Three trips to this location for the same reason, and each time has been disappointing. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. If you're craving Subway, it's worth the drive to Lebanon for better service, even if it takes over 20 minutes.

Had a genuine smile on her face from the moment she said hello. We are from out of town and she picked right up on it and asked us about our trip. So nice to meet you!
