I ate humita and I honestly didn't like it, it looked like a can of processed corn. And a sauce that was crushed tomato straight from the bottle. The best place to eat on the way to La Viña dam. Family atmosphere, rustic facilities. We ordered silverside and they repeat it as many times as you want, delicious. The homemade flan is the best.
