It's been a while since I enjoyed a well-made sub like the one I got from Nathalie. She took the time to remove some less fresh vegetables from her display before adding them to my sandwich, and she even asked if I'd like my 12-inch sub wrapped as two 6-inch portions for my convenience. Nathalie clearly takes pride in her work and strives to do it well. Thank you!
