The best place we had visited during a trip to Quebec. We loved their atmosphere and all dishes.

I have never had a dining experience quite like this. The service was impeccable and the food was utterly divine. From now on every restaurant I visit will have to compete with the Initiale. Totally brilliant!
This is the best place in Quebec, both for the quality of the service and for the perfection of Chef Lebrun's dishes.

Probably the best restaurant in the whole Quebec province! The cook is a master in making sauces to supplement most dishes. The cheese selection is amazing. The menu changes regularly so that you can return again and again! This is a real 5-star restaurant. Very quiet and velvety mood. The selection of wines could be a bit more extensive.
We went to lunch and it's totally wow! For $28-33 you get treatment for 3 services. Watch the menu on the website and it tastes even better than it sounds. Never try, but we will!

Very recommended $165 tasting menu!!! It is fantastic and creative!!! I spent last night in Quebec with my friend and it was so wonderful for initials! And the manager Rolande is so sweet and attractive! Enjoy every moment here!
