They were well-seasoned with a big fried onion ring atop the burger. Appetizers were elegant; the wine fine.

We spent 3 days in Quebec City this week...And tried 3 great well known restaurants which were all good...but not as good as Le Dijon at the four points Sherato... read more We spent 3 days in Quebec City this week...And tried 3 great well known restaurants which were all good...but not as good as Le Dijon at the four points Sheraton hotel....about 8 mins away from old Québé city.Great value...great and knowledgeable service....with fabulous food.I had the pan fried cod...Italian style...man .this was good....light but packed with flavor...my wife had the salmon tartare preceded by a humongous crab cake.The wine selection (along with local beers) was great...several countries are represented.Trust me.....if you are still aying at the hotel....Then go,to Dijon.....forget downtown Quebec City.....trust me, you will not be disappointed..a no brainer.
