Frequent... read more KFC is generic as they come, you can eat pretty much the same at all of the other spots. The main difference is how slow the service is in the evening. Frequently the staff will take an order, and wait until that order is served before taking another. You can see how this would slow service down considerably. Also, if you come by for a family sized order, they often run out of chicken and have to ask you to please wait 10-15 minutes. This is of course not helped in the least if they wait for the first customer in line to be served before even asking the other customers what they will be ordering. So instead of making one batch of chicken large enough to serve everyone almost at once, they make a small batch of chicken, and then when you do order up, they're out of chicken and you have to wait for them to make another small batch of chicken. As for the eating area, it is often not very clean, with a very slippery floor even when it's not close to the kitchen, everything is old, and the newspapers they used to have for customers to read while they're waiting are now a thing of the past. So all in all, a disappointing experience, even while making allowances for this being a fast food chain.
