Nice green spaces outside with benches to sit on and get some fresh air before boarding the train. There was also a cafe but the lineups were quite long. Folks that want a quick bite before boarding and can spend some should go to Chez Victor outside the station, about a 2 minute walk away. The old train that goes via Montreal to Ottawa could be updated.

Th... read more This is a great little train station. My family and I took a return train to Montreal from here late last year. The station has a variety of shops and cafes. The restroom was clean and well-lit. We arrived early for our train and were able to store our bags for a couple of hours, allowing us to explore the neighborhood. The station provides tags for bag collection, which is convenient. The exterior of the station is artistic, with funky artwork in the garden across the street. There are two entrances to the station, one on Rue Abraham Martin and one on Rue de la Gare du Palais, so it's important to keep this in mind when arranging transportation. The train departed on time, and the check-in and boarding processes were efficient. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'm not sure about parking options, but hopefully there is a parking lot nearby since the bus station is also located next to the train station.

Used the station for Orléans express. Use the main entrance, and go straight all the way if you are riding Orléans express.
