Lots of care taken with the coffee at this spot. They have many techniques and are happy to talk to you about them to make sure you get what you want. It was a hot day so I had an iced coffee and then sat at the open window bar watching people go by on the sidewalk. Limited food, but both savory and sweet are available. Free wifi. Clean bathroom. Over 7 dollars for a medium iced latte with regular milk with regular taste. what am i paying for? the self fulfilling idea of inflation?
I live in the neighborhood and have repeatedly tried this place, but the service is extremely poor. I have experience in customer service myself and understand that it can be tough, but I had to initiate the interaction completely. There was not a single friendly moment, and it felt like I was an intrusion in the store, despite being the only customer present. Additionally, considering the $6 price of the latte, it would have been appreciated if the cup was filled and heated properly. I recommend supporting businesses that prioritize customer care.
Enjoyed a nice iced cappuccino with oat milk here on a warm summer day. really friendly and cute spot. Coffee tasted smooth and yummy. Would revisit!
