Red Rooster Queanbeyan

We to pick up dinner late at night. The lady at the desk was very patient with us trying to make up our minds, as we hadn't been to a Red Rooster in years . I had the chili slaw roll, it was very flavorsome,...spicy but not overly so, the slaw was fresh and crunchy, creamy sauce, and the chicken was well cooked (crispy) My friend had the chicken and gravy roll, it was great with plenty of gravy. We tried the cheesy nuggets, they were crunchy with a sesame seed crumb. There was also a good cheese flavor. We also had a pineapple fritter each. They were perfectly crunchy and crisp, juicy. Yum!

Visited the nearest Red Rooster to our hotel, found the service by Rachel outstanding, credit to the business, very pleasant, most helpful with our choice and able to offer us a saving based on our requirements. Arrived back at the hotel only to find the...Pineapple Fritters missing, rang back to advise Rachel and she explained that her assistant was in too much of a rush to get the order out and forgot the only thing I really wanted. Offered us a credit but for four fritters what's the point. Chicken I though was lacking that Red Rooster flavor and was disappointing. Would I eat there again, probably not....sorry? Pity that young people nowadays don't pay attention!

Standard Red Rooster store always open and food cheap and quick. Not the place to go for a decent meal, but it was walking distance from the motel we stayed at.

Always go to red rooster when I need a balanced meal fast. good service, friendly staff, clean toilets, good location

Definitely better than the KFC nearby. Relatively clean with decent service. Okay chicken. Pro tip it's worth the effort to get a whole roasted chicken at a nearby Coles or something like that.
