Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

After enjoying fantastic mochas at Macca's in Majura Park ACT, we were hopeful for a similar experience at the Macca's near Queanbeyan, NSW. Unfortunately, despite being only 10 km away, the Queanbeyan Macca's fell short of our expectations. The coffee was so disappointing that we couldn't believe our taste buds. We even went back the next day to express our dissatisfaction and ask them to check the quality of the milk and cocoa in our mochas. Unfortunately, the second round of mochas was just as bad, leading us to dispose of them in a nearby trash bin in apology for the wasted $5 each.

The worst. I would honestly like to know who the planet is, that is extra sauce!? I'm a simple gal, I don't like my burger with more than literally on it. I'll leave this for her contemplation mcdonalds. not sure how. You could get such a simple thing as incredibly wrong.

Now I understand that most of here work for minimum wage on a crooked layer, but come on! we waited 35 minutes to have our very simple order of 4 apple cakes, a hot chocolate, an icy chocolate and 10 nuggets, three. times! I'm sorry, but how hard is it to read the screen before them and just complete the order!? Once we finally had the order right, everything we were given was cold, and we ended without the half of the food, because it was just too hard to send it back to correct our order. all in all a disappointing trip, all I wanted was a hot apple cake, now I have a cold soggy chaos to enjoy cheers maccas.

Good on site parking and clean restaurant , meal was served quickly and coffee was great, were even offered a complimentary muffin to try

Probably the worest McDonald’s in Australia. I ordered a burger in the drive through then double checked it and corrected it when I paid for it as receptionist did not get right first time. when I went to pick it up, I still got the...wrong order. I requested to get the right burger then the manager told me to wait next window which she didn’t tell me where. I was looking for a waiting bay which I could not find. A complete miss and unclear directions. I had to stop in the middle of the drive through because I did not know where to go which caused the people behind to get angry at me for a mistake I was not the reason for. Young staff no experience including the managers and supervisors. Simply a frustrating experience. The owner of this restaurant should pay more attention to the quality of staff he hires. Offf...
