They promised no wait and rapid service, but that wasn't the case. The food is quite tasty, but the service was excessive. Especially for an all-you-can-eat setup, there was more waiting than actual food being served. View all feedback.

Today I ordered pizza at panarottis, but was very disappointed as since 6.30 I ordered and now it's 8.40 not yet my orders, the service is very bad
I ordered the pizza at 6.30 and they told me my order will be ready in 2 hours. But I got my order at 9 pm . Very bad service
