Hotstone Grill - Quatre Bornes

A bit disappointing but the manager did explain that they had staff shortages due to covid. Many items on the menu was not available. The food that I did get was undercooked and not tasty. I must admit that the restuarant caters for hot stone customers and everyone at the table that choose the hot stone was satisfied.

Perfectly cooked dry aged meat. Nice set set up, welcoming and friendly staffs.

This was one of the best restaurant experiences i have ever had, the food taste amazing and is absolutely heavenly. The waiters are swift and efficient at taking orders, the food is served at a swift rate and you get to cook your meat in either two ways previously selected : hotstone or charcoal grill. Both are two amazing ways to cook meat, and have really opened up my eyes to new experiences. This is one of the best restaurants i have ever been to, and an absolute must to try out!
