Great Delight - Quatre Bornes

I specifically asked what cut of beef was used in their sizzling beef dish … waitress went to ask and came back to affirm it was fillet. What was served was not filler and was not edible. A member of my party ordered a sirloin steak medium rare to medium … it was grossly overdone and inedible. The crab soup was good and the sizzling chicken was good. They did not charge for the bad food… but my dinner was ruined.

There were a birthday event where most of the restaurant space was used. There were around 4 tables for entering customers. I find it disrespectful to allow entering customers to dine in at the same moment of an event. The restaurant should have been fully given to them because it was so noisy inside that i did not enjoy anything, from the atmosphere to the food. I couldn't even communicate with other persons sitting at the table. And service was slow too which is understandable. Parking was full and we had to park in the premises of Super U. Inconsiderate owners..

I had an awful experiece with my family. The service provided was very amateur. Had to constantly remind the waiter about the orders. They are very very slow in getting out food. One of the starters was served with the main course as they had forgotten about it. Out of a group of 14 people, 10 received their orders and the remaining 4 had to constantly remind the waiters for food, finally when the remaining 4 persons received their order the rest of the family member had already eaten! We couldnt even dine properly.

Starter was just ok.. Crispy chicken was tasteless.. The octopus was overcooked.. Chicken burger.. U should know what you are serving us... The boilled noodles with octopus.. Was tasteless.. Only the passion mojito and virgin colada was good.. Since im a restaurant manager.. I would say to train the waiting staff.. Overall.. Wont come back again

Not enough staff, only 2 waiters. Long wait to get service. Not value for money. Some of the foods disgusting. Small prawns given when ordered giant ones. Never again.
