Gourmet Avenue - Quatre Bornes

This was my second visit to this restaurant, and I would definitely recommend it. It’s a charming little place with cozy decor and outstanding food. We started with the crispy prawns, which were incredibly tasty, and to our surprise, we could even eat the shells. The pink salmon was cooked to perfection. The grilled prawns were juicy and delicious, just like the meat. I’m normally not a fan of onion rings, but for the first time ever, I truly enjoyed them and found them irresistible.

Heard a lot about this place on social media and I can totally say, i was not disappointed at all. The staff members are so nice and welcoming they cater for our needs with a smile. The place in itself is very cosy and welcoming. To be on the safe side always take reservations prior to going. The food in itself is an exceptional experience. One of a kind in mauritius. The portions are generous but so good. Lovedd the steak! And the ume infusion is a must try!
