I visited here for a late lunch last Tuesday. There was no sign of the course meal that a few earlier reviews mention. Maybe they no longer offer this. We weren't really that bothered though and chose to have just main courses. My...Atum de Algarve was one of the best dishes I've ever eaten in a restaurant. tuna steaks covered in sauce consisting of saffron, red peppers, garlic, coriander, tomatoes and onions, and surrounded by boiled potatoes. It was absolutely fantastic and really provided an explosion to my palate. My wife's bacalao was very good but she also agreed she'd never tasted anything like my tuna before and would order that next time

Having visited twice previously, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, we were looking forward to returning. So the Rib Chop was impressive enormous, good quality meat and amazing well priced; and the Lulas were really fresh. But both dishes were really bland as if they'd just...been lumped in the pan then dumped on the plate. Several Portuguese diners sent their squid back. Service was nowhere near what we previously experienced, waitress forgetting things, etc. I was informed that the house wine had run out, and then I watched as it was brought out when others requested it. Hmmmm ! Disappointed doesn't really cover it, I shall vote with my feet
