I have nothing negative to say about the food at this restaurant - everything was delicious from the appetizers to the dessert. However, the level of service was not great. When we arrived, the restaurant was not full yet it took a long time for us to receive our food. The waitress did her best, but there was a lack of explanation and it felt quite warm inside. The paella was made fresh to order with very good quality ingredients. I personally would have preferred peas instead of fava beans, and I was not a fan of the snails. Next time, I'll remember to ask for them to be excluded.
