The staff secretly adds meat to dishes that are labeled as vegetarian, and they respond haughtily when asked about the spice levels. Overall, it was a thoroughly disappointing experience.

Some of the s... read more I ordered a veggie wrap, and unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. The tomatoes were old and overly ripe, definitely not fit for serving. Some of the spinach leaves were mushy and should have been thrown away instead of included in the wrap. The lettuce was not fresh either, and the cucumbers were also mushy, suggesting they might have been overripe or previously frozen. I opted to not use them for fear of the quality. Subway prides itself on freshness, but this particular location really missed the mark.

However, I've noticed that the staff often appear unhappy and could improve their customer service skills, especially by being more patient when taking orders. *Update: Yesterday, I had a sandwich with bread that was very hard and stale. *Update 2: When I tried to pay for a drink, Lorraine seemed too busy with paperwork to come to the register, asking me to wait, which isn’t acceptable customer service.
