I saw the negative reviews but wanted to give this place a chance. The employees seemed friendly and service was fast which is great. The only negative is the frozen chocolate drink I ordered. The coffee is always hit or miss usually it’s OK but the morning staff has horrible customer Service. They are having a conversation with their coworker and forgetting to give me the customer the things I’ve ordered it happens every morning.
Great coffee, decent doughnuts (when they have any, especially at 5 pm) terrible customer service and perks are never appropriately applied. I always have to email customer service to honor perks and usually takes at least 3 emails and a week at least to have them take action. Seriously considering returning to Starbucks.
I’m so tired of the poorly made donuts. Every time I go to ours here in Greenville, NC I am always disappointed. This morning my Bismarck Donuts had no cream filling. Sadly, since Dunkin’ doesn’t even make the donuts in the stores, they don’t ever care when I ask them to fix it.

Horrible service/customer service!! Placed a mobile order to pick up on the way to work and when I got to the store I was ignored. 1-2 walk-ins ordered and got their orders. Once I finally got someone’s attention and told them I was waiting on a mobile order they said they hadn’t had any mobile orders come in. My receipt had been nicely placed on the counter by someone so they obviously saw the order. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn’t do it in store and I had to call the 800 number. I know for a fact they can do the refund in store because they’ve had to do it before. Called the number and was on hold for almost 1 hour twice. Opted for a call back instead of listening to the elevator music and they never called... waited about 3 hours for that. Then once I finally got a person was met with attitude!
