Like other reviews have mentioned, the restaurant is known for their attentive service in providing wet hand towels. Personally, I find this practice to be a bit unnecessary. However, overall the restaurant is quite nice with decent food (although I didn't enjoy the curries - but that's likely because I prefer Thai food). What Roo doesn't like about Pi Vegetarian Bistro:
We had high hopes for Pi but felt quite disappointed. The Gyoza were delicious but our mains lacked flavour. The waitress wasn’t very flexible when we asked for no lettuce or cucumber and the food came with them mixed in so we couldn’t separate. Also seemed quite expensive relative to similar places. This restaurant is a lovely, elegant establishment with a variety of clearly marked vegan options. The service was excellent, with no issues regarding staff, cleanliness, or amenities. I enjoyed a delicious curry and a fig salad, although the prices were a bit high. In addition to dining, I have also taken advantage of the yoga studio for a sound bath and the cafe located downstairs. Overall, a great experience.
The restaurant is charming, the staff is friendly, and they offer a variety of interesting options on the menu. I enjoyed both lunch and dinner at this establishment and was impressed by the delicious dessert options available.
I wasn't very impressed with the food at this restaurant, it was good but nothing special. The service was slow and it took a while to be served. There were many waiters, but you had to be persistent to get their attention.

As previous reviews have already pointed out, watch out for the wet towels they offer you as they charge for those. I find this practice somewhat ridiculous. Otherwise nice restaurant, ok food (except for the curries, haha ok it’s probably because I prefer Thai food). Updated from previous review on 2018-06-17
