"I had a fascinating experience with the salty soba noodles at this restaurant. When I sprinkled the recommended shichimi spice on top, the flavor changed instantly. It was definitely a soba dish that I would like to try again. They are only open on weekends and may have occasional temporary closures, so it's best to call ahead if you are traveling from afar.".
