New Day - Quan Hoan Kiem

New Day is a small restaurant (apparently on Mã Mãy street. I say apparently because from the street you can only see a small ground floor and the terrace in the middle of the street, but when it's full you can access several more floors to eat, even eat in the kitchen with the chef. The waiters are very friendly, and they joke with you when you try to order food in Vietnamese and not in English. The food is delicious, and at a great price. You can eat generous rice or noodle dishes for only 45,000VND. My recommendation: the menu. For 99,000VND (3.79€) they serve you a Pho, 2 Nem Ha Noi (spring rolls), a plate of rice with a bowl of meat or fish with different sauces, and a dessert. The Ga Om Noi Dat is exquisite! Definitely a great place to enjoy good Vietnamese food without breaking the bank.
