I am a huge fan of pizza hut. I have been my entire life. With many closing I dont have one too close to me anymore so its less often I enjoy the food. Yesterday little things made the experience only 3.5-4 stars out of 5. I had 2 special requests that I called the store with to specify. Neither were honored like they said they would be. What Alexis doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
Every time I order AND PAY FOR extra cheese, I NEVER GET IT!!! I swear they put on less than the regular amount of cheese on purpose, OUT OF SPITE. Also, this place severely over cooks their skimpy barely stuffed crust pizzas. The biggest cheese pennypinchers I?ve ever seen. It would be nice if the staff didn?t act like the cheese came out of their paychecks. View all feedback.
Good pizza, good customer service. Just had to wait a long time for my order. Better than Domino's!
It's a dirty old pizza hut???????Hostess/ order taker at front was super nice to my kid though so that's why it got 3 stars
