I was here the other day. When I sat at a table, I could not stop crying and one of the workers came to me and gave me tissue, a cup of water and began rubbing my back. I have never experienced so much care and kindness. This lady was so sweet. The best dunkin ever! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
the daughter took an order for the family including a donut and big coffee with only cream. I have been home and no donut and coffee had tons sugar. I asked if she hadn't got one in the bag and said they hadn't given her. she didn't want to send her back, but she went back today and asked if they were to reimburse, but they said no, because it was 2 days late, and no quitting. not generous, but with the amount of tim... Brand new and super friendly service with a smile! Very fast drive thru which is exactly what I'd expect!! So glad they are in town!!!
9/18/17 I walked into this Dunkin ' Donuts because they mistaken my coffee with maple instead of mocha making it honestly disgusting. I very kindly asked for the women taking orders to please fix my coffee for me, she then discussed the situation with the man that made my coffee and he looked at me a swore that he never put maple in it I could even smell the maple in the coffee he didn 't want to admit his mistake in front of his boss. So I said you know what I 'm never comming back to this dunkin again if you keep messing up my coffee, what if I had a bad reaction to one of those coffee 's I could 've died. After I said that the manager stepped in and told me and I quoting good because we never wanted you here what kind of thing is that to say to a paying customer. Right after that he said and I 'm quoting again here come back here see what happens are you kidding me?! Is that a threat what did I ever do to deserve that? Then he was like you not going to talk to the women like that when I never spoke a word to her besides asking her to fix my coffee what I believe is he knew he messed up and was trying to cover it up, I just can 't believe the unprofessionalism, I pray that nobody goes to this dunkin they can 't even say your welcome everyday when I say very politely thank you just so rude. I would like to also add that every sandwitch I have gotten there was under cooked
I would love to give this place the five stars the friendly staff deserve for keeping a clean and relatively well prepared place. But I feel it can 't be emphasized enough how hostile and unfriendly the manager is. Constant scowls while buying food, constant harassment to try and get people back out the door. After buying a donut, I was told that 'that seat was for regular customers, you sit over there ' and then basically herded towards another seat. Quite possibly the worst customer service I 've ever experience, period. A place where you 're treated like a second-class citizen.
The only reason I am giving this Dunkin 2 stars instead of 1 star is because I've been going to this Dunkin 3 days a week for the past 2 years and overall, they are friendly get my order right. HOWEVER, there have been multiple times where they have messed up my order recently ive had to turn back around out of my way to get my correct order. They know me- they know my order. And everytime I've turned back around the fix my order, THEY WOULD CHARGE ME FOR THEIR MISTAKE! One time it was just a simple small coffee that cost around $1... they refused to give it to me for free. I let it go a few times- but today I downloaded yelp just to leave them a bad review when they refused to fix my order free of charge. This is unheard of. I was completely blown away. It sucks because this is the only coffee shop on my way to work, but after they treated me today i will never give them another penny.
It's my best dunkin l like her coffee and very nice staff.
