Everything is first rate and fresh because of the rapid turnover. The father and sons are unfailingly polite and friendly.
Falafel Amar is lovingly known among our visitors from the city as the bird Falafel, because of the herd of chips who love to dinate there together with the people. Although there are many tasty falafel sites in Israel, this is probably the best falafel in the Upper Galilee. The falafels are airy and tiny, making an ideal squish to crunchy ratio. That alone would be enough to make this place famous. But the cherry on the falafel cake is the absorption of eggplant strips and a nourishingly tasty cut lemon with sharp red juice. A stroke of amba (the orange sauce from mango) on the top, and this flavor combination will bring you over the moon. This is a great option for vegan/vegetarian eaters, and the extremely casual outdoor seat offers you the opportunity to look at the birds while you eat. Do not be fooled by the casual appearance. You can't find such a falafel anywhere else!
