Three Bears Cafe - Pyt-Yakh

Decent cafe. Being on a business trip, we had dinner here several times. The food was enjoyable, especially the shurpa, lagman, and dumplings. The staff is respectful and works well. Prices are reasonable. If the interior, furniture, bar counter, and presentation of dishes are changed, it could become a good restaurant. It is worth working on the menu, as it can be confusing and has unnecessary details. Overall, everything is good, thank you for the dinner!

My experience at the cafe was disappointing. When my party arrived, there were two special occasions being celebrated. Despite ringing the bell three times, no one came to assist us. This was unusual as this had not happened before. Eventually, the owner greeted us and set our table. If the cafe is unable to provide service during holidays, they should inform customers with a notice on the door. Overall, the service was rated 1 out of 5 while the atmosphere was given a 3 out of 5.
