Nice ambiance, nice hospitality, good rooms n food... All in all would love to go back with family

Rooms were not bad. Spacious Parking. Congested place on NH with frequent Traffic Blocks. Horrible Food in the Restaurant. Staff Behaviour in Velocity Executive Lounge was terribly worse. Young, immature Guys need a little more training on Behavioral values. So Rude, Rustic Behaviour. One Bartender Mr. Nithin even abused us for No reasons. Manager Mr. Mathew was not polite in hearing our geievances. Not Apologetic. Not Worth the Value for Money Spent Here. Overall, a Bitter, Unpleasant experience here in JK Geetha Residency.Just Fed up with this place and Rude Staff Behaviour.Absolutely, Won't Visit Here Anymore.

Easily accessible, Good spacious rooms and good service

Well maintained place to stay. Food options are limited your order will not be accepted after 9pm and you will not get any bed coffee before 8 am, if you need you can make for yourself as the kettle and tea bags are kept in room( deluxe room).They delivered the complimentary breakfast to the room.Overall its good place to stay but the staff need to be trained.

We checked in at the hotel late afternoon. We were told by the reception staff that there will be complimentary breakfast until 9:30 am next morning. So the next day early morning, we went to a temple nearby and reached back the hotel at 9:30 am. When we asked for the complimentary breakfast, a rude bespectacled staff in his late 40s or early 50s) told us that breakfast is now closed. We told him that we were told breakfast is served until 9:30 am but he would just repeat that breakfast is closed and look away from us, not at all apologetic. Bad experience from this staff member! Will not stay there again.
