Very disappointed! This place is a hit or a miss…We ordered here last night and the wings were overcooked hard. The fries were bad, that’s whole different story. It was a total waste for $70 and my family couldn’t even eat the food. That will definitely be the last time I waste my money at this establishment.

Ended up at Wingstop because Buffalo Wild Wings was supposedly out of boneless wings and my pregnant wife was really craving wings, and let me tell you we sure are glad we came here!Super fresh wings and carrots/celery with perfectly seasoned fries! The flavors were on point and the wings were well sauced. Significantly better then many of my previous experiences with BWW and this will now be my go to spot for wings!

Idk who the female is that answered the phones to takes orders, but she’s on drugs or something because every single time we call to order, it takes a full 30 minutes because she’s not paying attention? She’s either talking to a friend WHILE ON THE PHONE MIND YOU, or just fully not paying attention. She’s slow or something but she needs to be checked out. Pitiful phone etiquette. Food is subpar, and I rarely get my complete order. They need to get some better workers for sure.

I do not know what the Wingstop employees have against me to sentence me to death by sodium. I ordered a Louisiana rub combo, the first red flag was that it was WET and RED . We all know Louisiana rub is a dry rub seasoning. These wings were extremely salty and I mean SALTY. It felt like I was being held down by a grizzly bear in the Atlantic Ocean, there was no escape. These wings have permanently changed my vision for the worse.Solution: Make your own wings. Go to Costco, buy some party wings, season them and air fry them. Commit to bout 30% effort and you will end up with a 100% better product. You’ll also live longer because Wingstop is looking to activate life insurance policies, one 500,000 mg sodium wing at a time. Seriously, one wing had the power of 1000 ramen packets! All jokes aside, Lakewood Town Center Wingstop is probably the best one. It’s worth the drive if you don’t want to spend $40 on wings just to throw them away.

Placed an order online said it would be 45-50 minutes, didn’t mind waiting. Went to pick up at 50 minute mark, they said it would another 5 which was no problem. Then I go back in after 5 minutes and get told we’re waiting on fries. I wait inside and a few minutes later they give me my food I go to my car and make sure it’s all there. And there’s no fries?!? Lol idk what’s up with staff but felt like they couldn’t careless about the business. Being a small business owners, customer service is key even if you’re running behind. None the less I got my fries and when I got home I checked my food and my 10pc corn was only a 5 pc. So I called and let them know they said I could go back and get it today or come back another day. I just wish employees would focus on giving the orders out correctly cause it’s better to stop and check for an extra 30 seconds than to make a customer drive 10-15 minutes to get the food they paid for.
