The food at this restaurant is delicious and worth the price. The burrito with shredded beef is particularly good. I really enjoyed my meal and will definitely be back soon. The staff is also very friendly. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Taco Del Mar:
My visit to this restaurant was terrible. The service was extremely slow, despite me being the only customer there. The customer service was poor, with the staff muttering and appearing frustrated when I asked them to repeat themselves. They rolled their eyes when I requested certain items, and ended up charging me double for the same order. They also refused to give me guacamole unless I wanted just a little bit in... This place has obviously struggled and not recovered from the pandemic. The table was dirty. The one guy on staff was kinda weird (no smile, no interaction beyond what do you want watched tv the whole time we were there, just stared when we asked for straws or said thank you). And the quality of food was not what we remembered. Too bad, since this used to be a favorite for our family.

I placed an order online via the Taco Del Mar website. I received emails stating my order had been received, was being prepared and was finally ready for pickup. When I arrived to pick up my order, the staff claimed to have no record of an order being placed and were extremely rude. They claimed they could not refund an order that they never received. I had to dispute the transaction with my bank to get my money back.
Customer service is terrible, the employees seemed annoyed that they were supposed to do their job. I've also hated my job before but I at least didn't show it in front of customers. I've been to other locations and usually love Taco Del Mar but I would not recommend this location.
Employees need to be way more personable. Dude was like I dunno. I just started here .. ? zero customer engagement.
