My brother and I visited this restaurant during our vacation, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The staff was extremely unfriendly and did not acknowledge our presence at all. We stood in front of one of the employees for several minutes, waiting, while he seemed to prioritize unloading bread over attending to customers. When the cashier finished with another customer, he didn’t even look our way or confirm he would help us next; it felt as if we were invisible. The woman assisting him urged him to "hurry up," which was off-putting. I counted to five, hoping someone would simply recognize we were there. When I turned to my brother and said, "We are about to leave," I counted to five again before we decided to walk out. The rudeness was striking, and the whole experience had an uncomfortable undertone of racial bias.

There's a woman who works here with some serious resting b**** face, and dealing with her is just ridiculous. She exhibits every negative trait you can think of. I ordered a simple sandwich, and she acted like there was a long line, but there wasn’t anyone waiting. It seemed like she was genuinely annoyed that I even had the audacity to order a sandwich. Trust me, I won't be coming back. Shaking my head.

I placed an order for delivery through subway.com from this location, which indicated a wait time of 20-30 minutes. After I completed my payment, the system redirected me back to the order screen without providing a confirmation. Although the funds were deducted from my card, I wanted to confirm that my order had gone through, so I called the store. I spoke with an employee who was extremely rude, insisting that I must have ordered through subway.com because they do not handle deliveries. (I can assure you that we ordered through the website.) She bluntly asked, "Who is going to deliver it?" and stated that she couldn't assist me further. Her demeanor was incredibly unhelpful and unfriendly.

I was surprised the other day, at how fast they are here. A bit after the lunch rush they were busy, but quick. Not too many cross contamination issues. Does anyone teach them to remove the gloves before using the register? Everything was fresh, tasty, cashier was a trite confused on the meal order, but got the sandwiches right. Good job overall.

I ordered a 6-inch Black Forest ham sandwich and was disappointed to find only one slice of ham on it, which barely covered the bread. Given the price, this is ridiculous. When I asked for more than one slice, I was informed that they had changed their serving process, and I would have to pay extra for more ham. They really need to update their advertising because their sandwiches don't look anything like what's shown. I won't be dining here again; I'm not that desperate!
