Subway - Puyallup

On December 20, 2013, I visited this restaurant and had a very disappointing experience. The worker was unfriendly and rude, showing little enthusiasm for her job. Despite paying for "double meat," we received only around 50% more meat. Additionally, when we requested tap water, we were charged $2.52 for just a cup. I would not recommend going to this Subway based on my experience.

The service at this particular Subway location was terrible. The employee was extremely rude and seemed unhappy. They refused to give tap water without charging almost $3 for a cup. This Subway gives the franchise a bad reputation. Additionally, they did not accept Subway vouchers and charged extra without providing the correct amount of extras. I would advise going to the next Subway location a few miles away instead of stopping at this one.

We ordered a 4-meter long sandwich through their website, picked it up, and took it home. However, each sandwich was made incorrectly. We called the person who answered the phone and she said her name was scratched out. Unfortunately, we had to wait until the next day to finally speak with the manager, Stephanie. She was helpful. Additionally, their app still shows sandwiches that are no longer available; they only make another one without informing them.

Dang this girl makes a perfect clean n medium sandwich and wraps it so beautiful ut nude they want to eat there. everywhere else is so sloppy and careless, but this girl was excellent in her customer service and they can say that she was proud of her job and that in itself is very refreshing! I defend, back to this place and hopefully it has received a promotion that it deserves very much. I know font their name, but thank you lady for the yummy sandwh8ch and great service!

Zero customer service skills from female server: no greetings, not being nice or polite, disrespectful.Sorry if she had a bad day, but you don't bring it on to your customers.Hope they improve training the staff.
