We had to repeat our order 3 times. Then we finally CHANGED our order..because the woman taking our order just couldn 't get it right. (We just wanted to add extra cream to our drink).Then they forgot our food.When we brought it up to the window.... they said "yeah. We are busy "There is making a mistake....because you 're busy...then there is messing up an ENTIRE order.Putting the cherry on top.... not taking accoun... View all feedback.
Went in to buy a couple bags of beans. Horrible customer service, and not all beans are displayed in areas where customers have access to them. Sad that this is the closest one to my house.
They snatched a grilled cheese sandwich my daughter had in her hand to purchase. Like physically grabbed it from her and said they sold it in the drive through and they were now all out. Sorry. Never hear of anything like this happening anywhere. This is insane.

Shea was absolutely stunning. Top notch 5 star customer service. I was welcomed and I felt very comfortable. As I was waiting for my French vanilla ice coffee, she was giving me top service and it’s pretty obvious she’s a great barista. Anywho, thank you Shea for the great experience. ?
