I appreciated that they let my d... read more I typically enjoy dining at this Panera and have not encountered any problems. The food is good, and the place is always clean. I appreciated that they let my daughter sample a soup to see if she would like it. However, I wasn't pleased that our food was left sitting at the window for several minutes without anyone attending to it. Many other orders were waiting there too. As a result, my soup was barely warm, and the croutons became soggy. I miss the days when they used to bring the food directly to your table. Still, I always love their bread!

Given that I have the flu, I suppose it’s more practical, but I'm really tired of chicken noodle soup. Also, is this even a cup? I paid for a bowl. I would appreciate a refund, please.

When we got home a... read more I visited the Panera Bread in Puyallup to pick up dinner for my family. I ordered a BBQ chicken salad, a tuna sandwich, and a steak sandwich. When we got home and I opened the salad, I was shocked to find it was old, slimy, and brown—like it had been leftover for days and should have been thrown away. This is the second time we've had issues with the food quality at this particular Panera, and it did not meet our expectations.

I felt like I was being rushed by the order taker and when I asked a question I felt like she didn’t know what I was talking about. I ordered two orders of autumn squash soup only received one and the baguette that I received had some sort of tomato sauce on it. The chicken sandwich I ordered looks dry as a bone. Not a good day for the Puyallup store

Drinks- Ma... read more Best place to get short bites or if you are on the go. Ordered Mediterranean sandwich, corn chowder soup, Baja and grilled cheese sandwich kids meal. Drinks- Mango yuzi and strawberry lemon mint, strawberry smoothie. Food was good and filling. Drinks were so refreshing.
