I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The woman who took my order was very friendly and provided great customer service when I arrived to pick up my pizza. Even though I was ten minutes early, they had my pizza ready ahead of schedule. I will definitely be returning in the future. The pizza was delicious as always. View all feedback.

I used to get to this pizza place a lot before covid19. then I started going somewhere else. today I chose an evening snack that was for a thin crust three flesh. unfortunately I got a regular crust three meat pizza with the crust half burned. that is not the snack I believed before I cook at home. This is the worst location I’ve ever had the experience of getting food from. We placed an online order for door dash, it doesn’t matter what the cost is. This business cancelled our order due to being “closed” they don’t close until 9:30 pm. I called in to speak with a manager about our order to ensure we weren’t charged a fee. They asked if I could be put on hold, I told them yes, but I would like to speak with a manager. They completely hung up on me. I’m not sure how this place is still running when the people working it don’t even provide some decent customer service
Waited 15 minutes for wings and when I got them they were still frozen in the middle the meridian location has not had a working phone in months and I am highly disappointed in the service and lack of communication within this store little ceasers needs to figure this out ....

I asked for additional toppings and was ready to pay extra. not only they lied about the price they accused me, but I did not receive the additional toppings I demanded and the teig was undercooked, and I refused to complain because I am sorry to be the customer. I know that these are times, but can I not get good service?
We have ordered accidentally from the wrong load and they will not answer their phone so we can fix the problem. customer service is only available M-F, so if there is a problem at the weekend, they are simply screwed out of their money and get no food. will not reload from this as if there is a problem, they will not answer their handy to fix it
