4 ahead of me in drive thru and they were blazing us thru and still got exactly like I ordered.

My order was handled perfectly, and the customer service was outstanding. The staff confirmed my order and provided the total right away, instead of asking me to pull up to the window for it. I ordered two milkshakes and the new chili cheese curly fries with jalapeños. The jalapeños were the star of the dish—juicy and tender; I loved them! The milkshakes were blended just right and topped with the perfect amount of whipped cream. A big thank you to the night shift for making my visit such a pleasure!

Locals around here call me the Taco ****—and I proudly embrace that title. When I come in for the late-night special of 8 tacos, which is priced the same as on the regular menu, I always place my order with a cowboy twist, kicking it off with a cheerful "howdy." It never fails to amuse the staff!

You typically provide a great experience, but my most recent visit left me feeling a bit let down. I ordered two meals for my boyfriend and me, but we encountered some attitude from the staff. To make matters worse, our food had been sitting by the open window since 1 AM, long before we arrived, while someone else was busy taking another order and processing our payment. Because of this, our meals were somewhat cold by the time we got them. To top it off, two tacos were missing from our order. On the bright side, the presentation of the food was still impressive, so I do want to recognize that you have potential.
