Jack In The Box - Puyallup

We found ourselves in the area and decided to check out Jack in the Box. Although the wait was a little longer than we anticipated, it didn’t take too much time. The service was prompt and friendly. The restaurant is situated on an oddly shaped piece of land, which made parking a bit challenging, but we figured it out. The food was exactly what we were craving, just like in high school days. The kids enjoyed it and were pleasantly full afterward. It's funny that you can see the fairgrounds from there; it’s a place where we usually have a great meal while it’s open.

The most noticeable drawback at this location is the rather awkward drive-thru layout, which makes it difficult to navigate up to the ordering screen. This often results in vehicles being too far from the order microphone, particularly for larger trucks and SUVs. On the plus side, the staff is consistently friendly and helpful, and the speed of service is about average compared to other Jack in the Box locations. The restaurant is conveniently located and easily accessible from all directions, which is a significant advantage in a downtown area with one-way streets. Overall, it's a decent place to eat, but it may not be the best option for those driving larger vehicles who want to use the drive-thru.

I typically don't visit Jack in the Box because the wait times can be lengthy. However, I decided to give the one in downtown Puyallup a shot for the first time. Although there were about 10 cars ahead of me, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the line moved. The staff member at the window was also very friendly. I would definitely make a point to come back to this location, even if it means driving past other Jack in the Box restaurants.
