Instead of addressing the mistake, she angrily tossed our drink... read more The owner was incredibly rude. When our drinks were incorrect, I politely pointed it out to her. Instead of addressing the mistake, she angrily tossed our drinks into the trash. While she prepared the next customer's order, she made sarcastic comments aimed at us. I found myself apologizing, which was completely unnecessary. In the end, she told me she wouldn't correct our drinks and suggested we leave. It's disappointing because good customer service should focus on satisfying customers, and most coffee stands work to resolve issues when they arise. I definitely will not be returning; I have never encountered such poor customer service before.

With my extensive experience in the coffee industry, I’ve developed a strong preference for how it’s prepared, especially since I pay a good price for each drink. I've sampled various places in the area since relocating, but none can match this one! The staff is friendly, the prices are unbeatable, and the drinks are fantastic!
