People are nice and it’s always clean and the food is decent ?

My boy's and their dad ate in. I got food to go for dinner. I was told the 3 meat and two sides would feed 2?? NOT I ordered potato salad extra 4.50 maybe 3 bites. What the hell. My son in law wanted to eat here because it was his wife's favorite place. He wanted to remember their time together. My daughter his wife passed away in2017. It was disappointing the prices for the portion size. For me I will not return. I hope you can make this right. I spent $50. OH I ordered the wing's 15 piece. They were dry and hard. Very disappointed.

I took my kids here for lunch on Sunday afternoon. We never been to dickeys and figured we would give it a shot. We left very unhappy I ended up finding a self tapping screw in my coleslaw. Thankfully I did not swallow it or put it in my mouth. I ended up finding it after two bites of the dish . I lost my appetite after that and we ended up leaving.

This was my first time trying this place. At 5 pm we ordered for curbside delivery at 530. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich combo which comes with a side and drink. My boyfriend ordered a 2 meat platter which comes with 2 sides, and we ordered 2 additional sides. We got there around 530, waited until 540 and ended up having to go in to get our food because the tracker hadn't updated. The lady who handed us our food was super nice and very quick about grabbing our order. We got home and only found 4 sides (there was supposed to be 5). My first time at any place I like to try a little bit of everything. The customer service was 5 stars, but I give the food a 3 because we were missing a side that we paid for and because of the website being weird. Great customer service though. I will try again in the future to see If my rating improves.
