Great coffee friendly staff but drive thru lines tend to be long.

Baristas were super friendly and fast. Iced Mocha was delicious and the merch (stickers) were great.

I ordered a 16oz sugar free frap with 2 shots of regular coffee ans 2 white coffee shots .. MY DRINK WAS $11 !!! I asked why it was so much because I used to come all the time and get the same thing but double the shots and it was way cheaper than that well I guess they charge for sugra free which is absolutely insane to me. So your saying because I can't have sugar I get charged more than the people that can have sugar ??? I will not be retuning..I'll stick to my local coffee stand who doesn't charge an arm and a leg AND doesn't charge people extra for health issues. Absolutely insane !

Drive thru last Friday and we got 2 drinks and my daughter who is 5 wanted iced water so I ask the guy that was there if I could have an iced water he said we don’t have iced water we have a bottled water if you want to purchase so I said yes to the water bottle and I asked again for a cup with ice he said we can’t give you one I said I’ll buy the cup of ice he said we don’t sale them. He had no customer service skills and very dismissive. I will never stop at that big foot Java again. Like common I wasn’t trying to get anything for free I was welling to pay and just was rude
