Of cour... read more This place was great that I went to my sister's house, she didn't have a coffee pot I didn't know she was getting rid of, she doesn't drink much coffee. Of course I was dying, so I had to drive a bit and that's where I ended. These people really knew how to take care of me, they gave me a 32 ounce hot dripping coffee in a polyfoam cup make it my voice.

I was provided with poor customer service after the barista messed up my order, which it happens. Little did she know I used be a barista so I understand more than most customers probably do. She shoved my coffee in my hand and walked away with an attitude. I really really want my tip back because that was uncalled for when I didn?t think it was a big deal that SHE messed up. No one deserves to feel that way for their cup of happy. It was at 11:45 this morning, platinum blonde with a pony tail. Wouldn?t be surprised if complaints come in about her often because it appears like she?s completely comfortable treating people that way.

The two girls there this morning had nasty attitudes and gave us watered down redbulls with hardly ANY flavor. she outloud said to her coworker ?i don?t know wh... read more The two girls there this morning had nasty attitudes and gave us watered down redbulls with hardly ANY flavor. she outloud said to her coworker ?i don?t know which one is which?? and then just gave us the drinks like she knew which was which. we can?t tell what they are because the lack of flavor in them. they just had rude attitudes, gave us bad looks and i won?t be going back in the afternoon. one had black hair and the other had like blonde/white hair. highly disappointed.

If I wasn't in such a hurry I would have gone to the other bigfoot java down the road. Regardless, mycoffee was amazing

I experienced poor customer service when the barista mixed up my order, which can happen. However, she didn't realize that I used to be a barista myself, so I understand the challenges more than most customers. She handed me my coffee with an attitude and walked away. I genuinely want my tip back because her behavior was completely uncalled for, especially since I didn’t think the mistake was a big deal. No one should feel that way over a simple cup of coffee. This happened at 11:45 this morning, and the barista had platinum blonde hair tied in a ponytail. I wouldn't be surprised if she receives frequent complaints; she seems very comfortable treating customers poorly.

I was rea... read more I had a fantastic experience at this place! I visited my sister's house and found out she had no coffee pot, as she doesn't drink much coffee anymore. I was really craving some, so I decided to take a little drive, and I ended up here. The staff truly knew how to take care of me; they served me a 32 oz hot drip coffee in a Styrofoam cup, and it completely made my day!
