As of summer 2021, there is a new restaurant in Puy l'Eveque that is situated by the river and features a lovely terrace overlooking the water. They offer a veggie burger that can be made vegan by omitting the cheese, which I thoroughly enjoyed as it was deliciously presented and filling. I am eager to try their salad on my next visit.
