plats savoureux et frais, leur croque-madame est à tomber! j’y déjeune rarement mais c’est toujours un plaisir quand j’en ai l’occasion. certes, prix un peu élevés que la moyenne au cnit mais justifiés par un cadre agréable et la marque hilton en adéquation avec une hôtellerie haut de gamme. je recommande, surtout pour des déjeuners pro u si vous êtes depass à la défense. The bar that is located inside the CNIT (one floor against the parvis level) is fairly quiet and it allows to speak quietly. The kitchen may not leave an unforgettable impression, but remains correct. I tested a feeding bowl with shrimp, it's a rather light format, with a sauce served next to it (more visual impression than gustative). The service is pleasant. View all feedback.
