I have a 30 to 60 minute delay (as I call it at the opening hour), my contact person is already very unpleasant and final jau is waiting for more than an hour for my order. I consider that I pay enough to have a minimum of respect and punctuality. compensation or at least apology seemed minimal. The badge doesn't do anything.
The quality of the delivery service leaves to be desired. Indeed, we encounter problems 9 times out of 10, mainly delays (one can wait 1h30 before being delivered! or errors on the order (unchanged arts, missing sauces, missing baguettes, etc.) at the level of the makis, there is a lack of application in the realization: the rollers are not well mounted for purposes and they are used for customers! In addition, there is a lack of loyalty system for customers (no loyalty card, discounts, etc.)

I made my order at 8:07, and I still haven't received it (it's 9:38).... it's been 1:30 that I'm waiting and the restaurant told me that the delivery guy was on his way more than an hour ago.
