Out of the beaten busy paths of the center of la defense, a traditional brasserie and restaurant with a very decent menu but nothing out of the ordinary. Service in the brasserie is frantic but efficient. Food is good but not original, hence only 4 stars. View all feedback.
What halimanr doesn't like about Le Philosophe:
Seems like they serve the locals better than Asians travelers like me. Mostly got ignored and very slow service. In addition to that, raw lamb steak which is also very fatty paired with very salted duck confit. Totally disappointed. I also later going out that this is a pub not a restaurant. People here mostly only drink and hangout, and very very few eat. So stay away if you're looking for a place to eat. View all feedback.

Very good. but service to review emergencies!!! seen the welcome I expected the worst (the waitress was speed, cold, forced us to choose between 2plats. I could tell many more things, but it would be too long. But really a good surprise was succulent. Not enough for me to return to it, though.
A family-run establishment where you are always very welcome whether it is for the brewery or restaurant-side lunch, or in the evening for a drink with friends. the terrace is very well exposed and allows to enjoy the slightest ray of sun. a good choice of beer, very good mojito and other cocktails are offered by the friendly team of the philosopher.
Very good reception, nice waitresses, very good quality price! in the evening, good atmosphere, darts for amateurs and especially a wide choice of good beers!!!
Very pleasant reception by staff who is very smiling and very professional.
