When I asked for a fork for the fries, the girl gave me an eye roll, and to make matters worse, the fries weren’t even in the bag. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

There was no air conditioning, and it was unbearably hot inside. Ward's used to be fantastic, but it has definitely declined. I’m done—I don’t want to eat food while sweating. The staff did their best despite the situation, but the owner should be ashamed! The air conditioning has been out for two months now!

The food at Ward's is excellent most of the time, about 90%. Additionally, it's disappointing that they’re closed on Sundays, which is when I usually crave a biscuit.
