I ordered pork lo mein, but I had to return it because it lacked flavor and tasted overly oily. The chef, presumably the owner, was complaining loudly while he cooked, which was quite unprofessional. I ordered pork lo mein, but I had to return it because it lacked flavor and tasted overly oily. The chef, presumably the owner, was complaining loudly while he cooked, which was quite unprofessional. When I got a replacement, it only took about three minutes to prepare, leading me to suspect that he simply reheated the noodles I had returned. This is quite off-putting, especially since I had spat some of the noodles back into the container. Unfortunately, the second batch also had no flavor.
I ordered pork lo mein and had to take it back because it was completely bland, only tasting really oily. The chef, who I assume is the owner, was loudly chopping away while cooking. It took him less than three minutes to whip up a new batch of lo mein, which leads me to believe he simply reheated the noodles I returned. This was quite unappetizing, especially since I had already eaten some of the noodles before bringing them back. Unfortunately, the second serving also had no flavor.
