Best Wok - Purvis

I ordered pork lo mein, but I had to return it because it lacked flavor and tasted overly oily. The chef, presumably the owner, was complaining loudly while he cooked, which was quite unprofessional. When I got a replacement, it only took about three minutes to prepare, leading me to suspect that he simply reheated the noodles I had returned. This is quite off-putting, especially since I had spat some of the noodles back into the container. Unfortunately, the second batch also had no flavor.
